Job Description:

Purpose 
The Financial Planning Analyst will deliver high-quality financial planning, portfolio analysis, and client servicing support for our client's advisory clients. This role focuses on backend planning, research, execution, and structured servicing — ensuring each client receives a seamless and professional advisory experience. The Analyst supports ongoing reviews, plan updates, execution workflows, and compliance requirements. 

Key Responsibilities 
• Create, review, and optimize financial plans (cash flow modelling, asset allocation, ESOP analysis, retirement projections). 
• Conduct detailed portfolio analysis and recommend rebalancing, restructuring, or diversification strategies. 
• Prepare client-ready financial reports, review summaries, and planning insights. 
• Support execution workflows — rebalancing orders, transactions, fund transfers, ticketing, and coordination with operations. 
• Serve as the primary servicing contact post-onboarding for client queries, clarifications, and plan-related questions. 
• Monitor portfolios and identify scenarios requiring rebalancing or review. 
• Collaborate with the Financial Planning Specialists during onboarding and transition phases. 
• Coordinate with Global Desk, Tax Team, and Research Team for specialised client requirements. 
• Ensure advisory workflows and recommendations adhere to SEBI-RIA regulations. 
• Maintain accurate documentation, updating financial plan versions and client records as required. 
• Assist in preparing quarterly/annual review packs and performance reports

Skills:

Key Requirements 
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of financial planning concepts. 
• Ability to create accurate and professional financial plans and reports. 
• Good knowledge of products such as mutual funds, equity, debt, global instruments, and tax-saving structures. 
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, portfolio tools, and planning templates. 
• Strong servicing mindset, attention to detail, and ownership-driven approach. 
• Good communication skills for client interactions (written and verbal). 
• Ability to manage HNI expectations with maturity and professionalism.
