5. Conduct onsite and offsite meetings and reviews with the clients

7. Training and assisting the client to execute the new features through internal team
8. Knowledge on the competitor market to ensure client satisfaction 
9. Critical concerns, pending tickets and few key developments to be escalated to the management and relevant departments
