- Manage full cycle of Statutory audit, limited review, special purpose financial statement audit
- Draft Audit report, CARO and IFC
- Draft special purpose report
- Help with end to end audit cleared for company located in UK with our UK partners
- Assist in ensuring the compliance under the Companies Act
- Audit support under US GAAP/IFRS.
Skills:
Qualifications
1) CA with experience of minimum 2 years in Audit with past experience in renouned CA/Consulting firms
2) Semi Qualified CA with minimum 5 years and above experience in CA firm with audit background
3) Good powerpoint presentation skill
4) Excellent communication skill
