Job Description:

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional with strong knowledge of banking operations, company accounting, tender processes, and trade-related financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial reporting, fund management, and handling government tender portals such as GeM.
 Key Responsibilities :

*Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledgers.
*Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor management.
*Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
*Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
*Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
*Handle GST, TDS, All taxes and statutory compliance.
*Coordinate with banks for transactions, loan documentation, and related activities.
*Support audits by providing required data and documentation.
*Use accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or similar tools.
*Coordinate with banks for BGR, FDR, LC and other financial instruments. 
*Command on All Tax's
*Support documents for import / export transaction. 
*Ensure timely reporting and Adherence to company financial policies. 
*Manage and upload documents on government e-market place (GeM) portal. 

 

Skills:

Required Skills & Qualifications 

*Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

*Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting & finance roles.

*Strong knowledge of banking operations, BGR, FDR, GeM portal, and tender management.

*Experience with international trade documentation is preferred.

*Proficiency in ERP/Tally/Advanced Excel.

*Excellent communication, analytical skills, and financial discipline
