Having mentioned below job description, the CS should be able to manage compliances efficiently.

- Candidate should have basic knowledge of IBC,2016

- Candidate should have good operating knowledge of Microsoft excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

- Good understanding of preparing legal drafts

- Managing NCLT documentation and filing of respective documents with NCLT

- IIIPCAI and IBBI monthly and yearly compliances

- ST knowledge to comply with various returns (GSTR3B, GSTR 1, GSTR 9 etc). 
- TDS working, TDS returns and related compliance from time to time
-  Compliances with respect to hearing of various clients.
