Job Description:
The
Operations & Franchisee Support Manager ensures smooth processing of
Authorized Persons (AP) requests and franchisee support tasks. This includes
managing AP registrations, address changes, and modifications per SEBI
guidelines, as well as overseeing franchisee closure processes, financial
settlements, and Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC).
Key
Responsibilities:
- Authorized Persons (AP)
Management:
- Process AP registrations,
modifications, and address changes, ensuring compliance with SEBI
guidelines.
- Handle AP registration
rejections and communicate outcomes to branches.
- Franchisee Support &
Closure:
- Oversee the franchise
closure process, including financial settlements and documentation.
- Manage AMC contracts,
ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
- Maintain records of
franchisee complaints and recommend process improvements.
- Collaboration &
Communication:
- Work with internal teams
(legal, finance, operations) to resolve issues.
- Communicate effectively
with branches to ensure smooth operational execution.
Qualification:

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in
operations, franchise support, or customer service.
- Knowledge of SEBI
regulations, franchise agreements, and AMC management.
