Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

·        Acquire high value new to bank customers to Bank on a monthly basis  flag them on the system

·        Handle the service requirement of customers are taken case in a prompt and pro-active manner

·        Use wallet profile sheet to track accounts and products with other bank and transfer the same o Know the customer’s business to proactively provide financial solutions

·        Sales across all product segments- TPP, Assets, FD’s, TD’s etc

·       * Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues and Managing Operations like A/c opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers, and Forex etc
 ·        Deepening of existing Current account & saving account relationships
 ·        Activation of customers in digital channel
 ·        Generation of referrals from internal database
 ·        Report Generation & filing
 ·        Branch Operations and Audit Compliance
 ·        Compliance with KYC, AML, audit and other regulations in all branch banking operations.

Skills:

·        Graduate with 3 + years of experience from Banking Sector

·        Must have good knowledge of the local and surrounding markets in the area

·                  *        Proven experience as a personal banker; with Customer-oriented approach to handling problems , experience in sales or customer service is a plus

·                    *       Knowledge of personal banking practices and regulations

·                      *     Familiarity with banking software; excellent use of MSOffice

·                      *      Ability to work diligently to meet targets

·                       *       Excellent communication and negotiation skills
