Job Description :

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts and drive qualified leads for our IT Software Services business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing successful lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, with deep expertise in SEO/organic growth, paid social advertising, event/webinar management, and email marketing. 


 Key Responsibilities: - 
 • Develop and own the overall marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads and nurture prospects through the funnel. 
 • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across SEO, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), SEM, and other channels. 
 • Own and drive the leads quota/target 
 • Oversee and expand organic traffic and brand visibility through advanced SEO tactics and content strategy.
 • Strategize, manage, and promote both virtual and in-person events and webinars to engage target audiences and drive pipeline. • Design and implement multi-touch email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, product launches, and customer engagement. 
 • Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimize for ROI. 
 • Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership. 
- Manage marketing budgets and agency/vendor relationships.

Requirements: 

 • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/head role. 
 • Demonstrated success in developing and scaling lead generation programs and campaigns.
• Deep expertise in SEO/organic growth, including technical SEO, content, and link-building. 
 • Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with measurable ROI. 
 • Proven track record in planning and executing high-impact events and webinars. 
 • Strong background in email marketing, automation, and segmentation (HubSpot, SFMC, Mailchimp, or similar). 
 • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). 
 • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Experience in IT Software Services (AI, Data, Quality Assurance, Software Development, Cybersecurity) is a plus.
