Job Description :

Managing a team of consultants for a given mandate.
Interacting with all the customers who visit the project through digital marketing platforms/channel partners and guiding them towards closure.
Monitor the team's daily targets and ensure that the team follows core processes of the organization.
Coordinate with the Sourcing Team and Digital Marketing Team to ensure maximum walk ins for the project.
