• Managing a team of consultants for a given mandate.
• Interacting with all the customers who visit the project through digital marketing platforms/channel partners and guiding them towards closure.
• Monitor the team's daily targets and ensure that the team follows core processes of the organization.
• Coordinate with the Sourcing Team and Digital Marketing Team to ensure maximum walk ins for the project.
