The Grader is responsible for assessing and evaluating the quality, authenticity, and
characteristics of gemstones and diamond jewelry. This role requires expertise in diamond &
gemstone identification and grading, ensuring all items meet established standards for
certification and documentation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assess and grade gemstones and diamond jewelry based on clarity, cut, color, carat
weight, and overall quality.
Ensure accurate documentation of grading details for certification purposes.
Work closely with the lab team to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with mobile lab visits for on-site evaluations.
Provide feedback on gemstone quality and suggest improvements where necessary.
Stay updated on industry standards and grading techniques.
