Job Description:

Job Brief:
 The Grader is responsible for assessing and evaluating the quality, authenticity, and characteristics of gemstones and diamond jewelry. This role requires expertise in diamond & gemstone identification and grading, ensuring all items meet established standards for certification and documentation. 

 Roles & Responsibilities: 
  •  Assess and grade gemstones and diamond jewelry based on clarity, cut, color, carat weight, and overall quality. 
  •  Ensure accurate documentation of grading details for certification purposes.
  •  Work closely with the lab team to maintain quality standards. • Assist with mobile lab visits for on-site evaluations. 
  •  Provide feedback on gemstone quality and suggest improvements where necessary. 
  • Stay updated on industry standards and grading techniques.

Skills:

Requirements: 
  •  Certification in Gemology. 
  •  Strong knowledge of diamond and gemstone grading standards. 
  •  Attention to detail and excellent observation skills. 
  •  Ability to communicate findings clearly. 
  •  Previous experience in grading or gemological assessments is preferred.
