Daily Café Operations
Coordination

daily opening & closing checklists from each café
- Ensure
hygiene, service standards, and SOPs are followed
- Verify
all daily tasks (cleanliness, machine checks, stock counts)
2. Repairs &
Maintenance (R&M)
- Maintain
café maintenance & AMC schedules
- Coordinate
repair calls; ensure timely completion
- Track
recurring issues & escalate patterns
3. Inventory, Stock
Levels & Reordering
- Review
daily stock reports from outlets
- Ensure
zero out-of-stock situations
- Coordinate
proactively with warehouse for replenishment
- Track
all packaging, kitchen, and consumable supplies
4. Vendor
Coordination
- Follow
up on deliveries & ensure timely inwarding
- Maintain
rate cards, SLAs & delivery timelines
- Flag
delays or quality issues immediately
5. Licenses &
Compliance
- Maintain
tracker for FSSAI, fire NOC, municipal licenses, etc.
- Ensure
all renewals before expiry
- Maintain
soft copies of all documents
6. Complaints
Tracking & Customer Issue Support
- Maintain
daily complaints tracker
- Ensure
closure within 24–48 hours
- Identify
recurring issues & coordinate corrective steps
7. Reporting &
Documentation
- Maintain
all operational trackers (R&M, licenses, complaints, stock)
- Prepare
weekly summary for leadership
- Maintain
audit trail & proper documentation
8. Inter-Department
Coordination
- Work
closely with Warehouse, HR, Training, Café Managers, Marketing &
Finance
- Ensure
accurate and timely information flow
- Keep
all teams accountable with reminders & follow-ups
