Job Preference:

Minimum: Graduation in any stream
 ? Preferred: Civil or Mechanical Engineering graduates 
 ? Additional: MBA / Master’s in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Working Days: 6 days.
Prior experience in industrial / B2B sales. 
 ? Experience in bearings, lubricants, or mechanical products. 
 ? Candidates residing in or willing to travel across Delhi NCR, Haryana, Uttarakhand, UP, and Rajasthan.
 ? Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Description:

 Conduct field visits to meet clients and distributors across assigned regions. 
? Generate leads, present industrial products (bearings, lubricants, hoses, etc.), and close sales. 
? Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. 
 ? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. 
 ? Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management.
 ? Promote company’s authorized brands such as Timken, Gulf Oil, Gates, etc.
 ? Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.

Skills:

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi).
 ? Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities. 
 ? Self-motivated, result-oriented, and con ident.
 ? Willingness to travel extensively across assigned states.
 ? Basic knowledge of industrial products and sales processes preferred. 
 ? Ability to prepare reports and maintain sales data.
 ? Problem-solving attitude and adaptability in field situations
