  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Good understanding of electrical services, systems, and materials is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
    Shift time: 9AM-6PM (IST)
    6 Days Working | Sunday Off
    Need to have own vehicle


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Attend client and customer meetings, representing the company in a professional and confident manner.

  • Sales Conversion: Independently manage client inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.

  • Negotiation & Closure: Handle pricing negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.

  • Lead Generation: Proactively search for new clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

  • Promotion: Promote the company's portfolio of electrical services and materials to potential customers.

  • Order Acquisition: Follow up on leads and opportunities to secure purchase orders and achieve sales targets.

  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to identify potential growth areas.
