Job Preference:

Travelling to different states is compulsory

Candidates who have experience of bulk hiring, campus recruitment and from NBFC or Finance industry are also preferred

2nd sat off
Rest saturdays half day till 1.30 p.m

Qualification:

Any Graduate, Any Post Graduate

Job Description:

  • Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
  • Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
  • Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)
  • Will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing , interviewing and employment processes
  • Participate in job fairs and career events and campus recruitment 
  • Help and advise hiring managers on writing job descriptions , bench marking and candidate selection

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager of minimum 8-10 years
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Good talent search and sourcing skills in social media platforms such as Linkedin , Naukri.com and etc
  • Travelling is must
  • Candidates from NBFC will be preferred
