Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

•  Finalization of accounts (Standalone and Consolidated) – monthly, quarterly
•  Ledger scrutiny, variance analysis and analytics to ensure correct financial reporting
•  Review of financials statement of subsidiaries (US GAAP) and conversion to Ind AS / Indian Gaap for consolidation
•  Participate in preparation of annual report and coordinate across functions
•   Assist in getting Internal Audit & Statutory Audit (quarterly) completed
•  Stock exchange and other financial reporting requirements
•   Preparation of various notes for Compliance/review/approval of Audit Committee, Board and Shareholders
•  Work with along with technology team to evaluate and implement system for automation of processes, past experience of new system implementations preferred
•  Updating of Accounting Manual on quarterly basis
• Should be able to work with limited support and should have ability to execute individually as and when required
• Work on projects / technical queries as and when assigned

Qualification:

Skills:

Qualification and experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant, residing in Mumbai
• 2+ years of work experience in Financial Service Industry
• In-depth knowledge of Ind AS - Sch III, IGAAP & USGAAP
• Knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI LODR
• Extremely comfortable in use of advance excel functions and ERP packages/SAP
