Job Responsibilities

• Teach Political Science to senior secondary students (Classes XI–XII) as per the CBSE curriculum.

• Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans to help students understand political theories, governance systems, and contemporary political issues.

• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and assessments to evaluate student progress.

• Guide students in preparation for board examinations and improve their analytical and writing skills.

• Encourage discussions, debates, and critical thinking on national and international political topics.

• Maintain discipline and create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

• Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, and school activities.

• Maintain proper records of student performance and communicate progress with parents when required.
