We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong
background in Project Management, Bid Management, Presales, PMO, and
Government IT/ICT Consulting to lead the end-to-end execution of the Intelligent
Traffic Management System (ITMS) project. The ideal candidate should have
exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and a proven
ability to manage large-scale government projects, particularly in domains like
transport, education, health, and e-Governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead
the full lifecycle of the ITMS project from design, planning,
implementation, and go-live to operations & maintenance over a 10-year
contract period.
- Develop
comprehensive implementation plans, monitor delivery timelines, track
milestones, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Presales & Proposal Management
- Drive
RFP analysis, bid strategy, technical documentation, and solution design
in line with government requirements.
- Prepare
high-quality proposals, presentations, and technical/functional documents
for ITMS and related ICT solutions.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act
as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client departments and
consortium partners, ensuring transparent, proactive engagement.
- Collaborate
across departments to shape requirements and align execution with project
goals.
Operations, SLA & Risk Management
- Track
project performance, manage resources, and ensure adherence to SLAs and
compliance standards.
- Evaluate
vendor offers, manage ICT suppliers, and negotiate contracts and
deliverables effectively.
- Identify
and mitigate project risks and escalations with a structured
problem-solving approach.
ICT/IT Governance & Strategy
- Contribute
to defining ICT strategy and drive its implementation across system
integrator and client teams.
- Guide
requirements gathering for hardware/software sizing, cloud,
infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Design
and evaluate IT solutions involving workstations, servers, storage, cloud,
and eGov technologies.
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Hands-on
experience in solution design, writing RFPs, evaluating vendor proposals,
and overseeing implementation.
- Strong
understanding of ICT tools and infrastructure (network, servers, cloud
sizing, cybersecurity).
- Proficiency
in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (mandatory); preferred experience in technical
paper or whitepaper writing.
