Coordination:
• Planning, coordinating, scheduling meeting visits, etc.
• Coordinate with accounts and administration for payment & related works.
• Coordinating with consultant / architects and updating the V.P. Liaison about the current status.
• Coordinating with environment consultants, architects, MEP, structural , geotechnical & landscape consultants for Environment Clearance, CRZ clearance, High rise clearance & Consent
• Review the documentation part required for Environment Clearance, CRZ clearance, High rise clearance & Consent 
• Attending site visits & meetings with consultants when required. 
• Attending meetings at state expert Appraisal Committee, State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, High rise Committee & CRZ Committee. 
• To Assist V.P/Executives in day to day activities of office work

Documentation, drafting & filing:
• Maintaining data, files, documentation in hard and soft copy.
• Reverting back emails, attending calls, managing departments, collecting MIS reports from all departments.
• Handling payments.
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and report to determine their significance and distributor accordingly.
• Review policies and procedures and implement improvement where necessary.
• Manage organizational charts for department.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Works closely with all departments and represents the property operation department in a professional manner at all times.
