The HR Manager leads the Human Resources function and ensures the organization complies with statutory regulations, manages payroll operations, oversees recruitment and talent management, and drives HR policies and initiatives. This role acts as the HR Head, providing strategic guidance to management and supporting a positive and compliant work environment.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
Manage statutory filings (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.).
Conduct regular compliance audits and implement corrective measures.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with legal standards.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Manage attendance, leave records, salary calculations, and deductions.
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.
Ensure tax compliance (TDS, Form 16) and statutory payroll reporting.
Address payroll-related employee queries and discrepancies.
Develop recruitment strategies and workforce planning with department heads.
Manage full-cycle hiring: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Establish strong talent pipelines for key positions.
Liaise with recruitment agencies and manage candidate experience.
Conduct orientation programs and new-hire documentation.
Lead employee engagement, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Implement performance management processes and appraisal cycles.
Support training and development initiatives.
Strengthen workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
Manage disciplinary actions and exit formalities including F&F settlement.
Serve as the HR Head, advising leadership on HR planning and organizational development.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
Drive HR modernization through automation and process improvement.
Align HR strategies with business goals and growth plans.
Lead and mentor the HR team.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including payroll and compliance.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
