i.    Guiding the audit team to assess risk for the audit prior to commencement by having pre-audit meetings.
ii.    Reviewing and ensuring the audit documentation as per International Standards of Auditing.
iii.    Identifying the Key Audit Matters as regards drafting of the audit report and ensuring adherence to IFRSs in terms of compliance, presentation and disclosure requirements of IFRSs in the financial statements.
iv.    Providing Direction and guidance to the audit team on an ongoing basis.
v.    Appraising the Engagement Partner on Key Audit Risks, Key Audit Matters and Audit Issues on an ongoing basis.
vi.    Liasoning with Key Management Personnel in order to communicate Audit Issues on a timely basis.
vii.    Ensuring that audit documentation is timely completed by audit team.
viii.    Making recommendations for corrective actions, performing investigative reviews, attending audit committee meetings and reviewing financial models.
ix.    Results-driven professional acknowledged for sound decision-making and analytical abilities, business acuity and problem solving skills.
