Job Description :

  • Handling and monetizing all real estate assets of the group.
  • Liasoning with all external stakeholders like builders, developers, contractors to understand status of various real estate projects.
  • Selling real estate inventory, ensuring all documents pertaining to sales and each project is in order.
  • Monitoring project cashflows and tracking project progress.
  • Preparing updates and MIS for Management to review progress of cashflows and project completion.
