We are seeking an HR Executive to manage the complete employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, HR documentation, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, training coordination, and handling grievance redressal.
The role also involves managing exit formalities, conducting exit interviews, and supporting full & final settlements.
The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR operations, maintain accurate records, support audits, and foster a positive work culture.
Strong communication, organizational, and HRIS skills are essential.
This role requires end-to-end HR process handling from hiring to employee exit.
