Head- Accounts & Executive (Finance & Accounts)/ 2506 days ago

Job Description:

Operations 

o MIS Reporting, Maintaining GL and finalization of accounts;

o Reconciliation with Banks & Merchants;

o Statutory compliances & taxation;

o Payroll Management;

o Maintenance of Internal Controls on various processes;

o Monitoring cash flows and taking necessary steps to ensure continuous availability of funds and effective management of surplus funds. 

Audit & Risk Management 

o Coordination with external auditors and investigate their findings & recommendation;

o Understand and mitigate key elements of company’s risk profile;

o Monitor all open legal issues involving the company & industry;

o Construct and monitor reliable control systems;

o Report risk issues to management & BOD. 

Team Management 

o Evaluate the finance division structure;

o Team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group;

o Planning of professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities of individuals.
