Job Description: -
. Develop and execute the Regional Sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets. 
. Identify and engage new clients for CHA, freight forwarding, and import/export clearance services 
. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 
. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, documentation, compliance) to ensure seamless client service. 
 Track and report Regional Sales performance 
 Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team; establish performance metrics and ensure accountability. 
Maintain consistent, timely and high quality management reporting meeting requirements of the business, company's policies and procedures are being met and adhered to. 
Report on sales performance, forecasts, and growth initiatives. 
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy. 
Proven leadership experience in managing Sales Team
