Job Description: -

. Develop and execute the Regional Sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets. 
. Identify and engage new clients for CHA, freight forwarding, and import/export clearance services 
. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 
. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, documentation, compliance) to ensure seamless client service. 
? Track and report Regional Sales performance 
? Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team; establish performance metrics and ensure accountability. 
? Maintain consistent, timely and high quality management reporting meeting requirements of the business, company's policies and procedures are being met and adhered to. 
? Report on sales performance, forecasts, and growth initiatives. 
? Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy. 
? Proven leadership experience in managing Sales Team
