About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Financial advisory, Fintech, and B2B SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate must have an MBA in Finance and should possess extensive experience in conducting competitive analysis, market research, and technology-driven financial product development. The candidate will work closely with the IT and product teams to drive innovation and ensure seamless integration of financial advisory solutions into our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Collaborate with stakeholders to define and analyze business requirements for Financial advisory and Fintech solutions.
•        Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and regulatory compliance assessments to identify gaps and opportunities in the fintech space.
•        Work with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of business requirements into the SaaS platform.
•        Define product roadmaps, user stories, and functional specifications aligned with business objectives.
•        Analyze financial trends, investment products, and advisory models to provide insights for product development.
•        Support B2B SaaS development by working on business models, pricing strategies, and client onboarding processes.
•        Coordinate with technology teams to understand system architectures, APIs, and integrations related to financial applications.
•       Ensure adherence to financial regulations, compliance, and data security best practices.
•        Lead business process improvements to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
•        Act as a liaison between financial advisors, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive product success.
•       Coordinate with the design team, review designs, and provide guidance to ensure user-centric and visually effective solutions.

Skills:

Required Qualifications & Skills:

•        MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
•        8+ years of experience in business analysis within the financial advisory and fintech domain.
•        Strong understanding of Financial planning, wealth management, investment advisory, and regulatory frameworks.
•        Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms, financial APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
•        Solid knowledge of financial market trends, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
•        Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
•        Strong analytical skills to evaluate business models, conduct competitive analysis, and suggest strategic improvements.
•        Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools.
•        Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
