Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Drive the development and/or implementation of One Identity solutions to meet security and business requirements.
• Gather requirements, develop connectors, LCM events, and workflows.
• Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.
• Perform installation and configuration of One Identity products.
• Develop IAM solutions using One Identity.
• Aggregate and provision users using various connectors.
• Participate in projects and contribute towards achieving project objectives.
• Develop audit reports, templates, and ad-hoc reports for SOX, PCI, and CPNI compliance.
• Implement code into UAT and Production as part of SDLC processes.
• Monitor delivery against SLAs and address exceptions.
• Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.
• Drive problem management, root-cause resolution, and reduction of recurring incidents.
• Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate recommendations.
• Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
• Handle One Identity upgrades, including planning, execution, and stabilization.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders and translate technical information into business terms.
• Be self-driven and motivated while working independently in a remote environment.

• Good understanding of UAT, Production deployment & SDLC

• Strong troubleshooting / problem management skills
