Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through DSA, Connector, and Direct Sales channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and key business partners.
- Manage branch operations and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and credit quality standards.
- Monitor portfolio performance and drive customer acquisition.
Skills:
Eligibility
- Minimum relevant experience in Affordable Housing Finance and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Strong network and proven relationships with DSAs and Connectors.
- Demonstrated experience in branch management and team handling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
- Target-driven with a strong customer-centric approach.
