Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through DSA, Connector, and Direct Sales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and key business partners.
  • Manage branch operations and ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and credit quality standards.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and drive customer acquisition.                                                                                                

Skills:

Eligibility
  • Minimum relevant experience in Affordable Housing Finance and Loan Against Property (LAP).
  • Strong network and proven relationships with DSAs and Connectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in branch management and team handling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills.
  • Target-driven with a strong customer-centric approach.
