Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for onboarding new channel partners for our key projects across Navi Mumbai & activate maximum channel partners through strong relationship building & continuous efforts.
  •  Ensure smooth registration, application & process training, certification & commission disbursal for channel partners.
  • Motivate channel partners to be aligned with company's focus to liquidate projects and generate site visits through the Channel Partners thus ensuring that the business numbers are achieved.
  • Be updated with the real estate market, gather market Intelligence, understand the target audience, build product features around the requirements and communicate accordingly.
  • Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls. Leverage on a strong network of Channel Partners (CP) and existing customers to achieve set targets. Help Channel partners to activate their database, plan dedicated support to help them reach their database.
  • Conduct Channel Partners meetings on sites during launches and during sustenance and arrange Channel Partner meets for project activations.
  • Consistently build on the Channel Partners network to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them and keep higher activation rate.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Channel Partners with the purpose of both engagement and empowerment to drive more business.
  • Quarterly review of Channel Partners including actual achievement v/s targets, qualitative factors and process improvements
  • Making sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities & service offerings of the property

Requirement:

  • Self-assured self-starter who is eager to work alone and with cross-functional partners and senior management teams.
  • Real Estate Sourcing Experience: 3 year and above particularly in Mumbai Market.
  • Must Have: More than 50 active Channel Partners network
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication and ability to convince the target audience.
  • Must Have: Two Wheeler along with a valid license.
  • Qualification: Graduation 
  • Languages: English (conversational), Hindi and Marathi will be an added advantage
