Role Purpose Drive primary & secondary sales, expand distribution/ Customer base and deliver profitable growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets (volume + value)
 Manage and grow dealer/distributor / Customer base
 Drive secondary sales & market share
 Identify and appoint new distributors / dealers / customers
Execute pricing, promotions, schemes
 Monitor payment collections & credit discipline
 Track competitor activities and market trends
