Analyse photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints. • Ensure project feasibility through continuous evaluation of structural integrity and design practicality. • Collaborates with architects and contractors to ensure projects progress properly. • On completion of a project, inspects, repairs, and maintains the structures as needed. • Communicate with team members as well as vendors to ensure maximum cohesion and fluidity on projects. • Forecast design and construction time frames. • Inspect project sites to ensure they meet relevant codes and are progressing properly. • Liasoning with government authorities for mandatory permissions. • Taking approval and permission from area authorities on different Sites

• Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools. • Thorough understanding of safety regulations related to assigned projects. • Ability to identify and solve complex problems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • PE license highly desirable • Highly developed team management and leadership skills • Committed and reliable
