Is able to conduct meetings & reviews
independently with all levels of
teams/partners/contractors
? Resourceful & well connected across the
ecosystem in Real Estate industry to bring success
in desired role
? Has good communication skills & written/reporting
abilities
? Ability to carry multiple goals across different teams
with varying priorities, to manage the ecosystem of
support required for business success
? Works with people to get them together and
facilitate decisions to be developed for business
success
? Supporting Management to translate & facilitate
execution of business leadership requirement
through all involved stakeholders

Skills :

1) Experienced professional >5 years
2) Civil Engg background is essential
3) Construction/Engineering Operations experience is a
must with Real Estate specialization
4) Co-ordination with ALL Teams in business
organization & construction operations
5) Understands ERP systems & applications usage
6) Program Management experience and is able to work
with productivity tools to manage multiple diverse
projects across teams
7) Has overseen successful delivery & handovers of real
estate projects – understanding of issues/challenges
in such
8) Customer Centric Mindfulness & Customer Support
Orientation
9) Good experience in Reporting, Communication &
Documentation activities with rigorous Planning skills
10) Understands the regulatory practices & industry
norms at a high level, to bring expertise as needed to
be deployed
