We are seeking a seasoned Manager – Civil Engineering with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead and oversee key aspects of civil engineering operations. The role involves quality audits, stakeholder interactions, capex investment planning, safety oversight, quality assurance for new investments, and managing tendering processes. Candidates with a proven track record in reputed organizations like NTPC, NHPC, Indian Oil, BPCL, BEL, or Engineers India Limited are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Audit:
• Conduct comprehensive quality audits of civil engineering projects to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Implement best practices to maintain high-quality outputs across all project phases.
2. Stakeholder Interaction:
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels to ensure project alignment and seamless communication.
• Act as a liaison between various departments and external agencies for project requirements and updates.
3. Capex Investments:
• Plan and oversee capital expenditure investments for infrastructure and development projects.
• Assess feasibility and ensure optimized resource allocation for maximum ROI.
4. Safety Management:
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards in all projects to minimize risks.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures wherever required.
5. Quality Assurance:
• Drive quality standards in new investment projects to align with organizational goals and customer expectations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate project performance and quality metrics.
6. Tendering:
• Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including preparation, evaluation, and awarding of contracts.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and maintain transparency in all tendering activities.
