customer service experience, in valves manufacturing industry.
The Customer Support Manager will lead the customer service
team, ensure smooth order handling, manage customer relationships, and
coordinate with production, sales, and quality departments. This role requires
strong leadership, technical understanding of valve products, and a
customer-centric approach.
· Supervise
and guide customer support executives.
· Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and
complaints.
· Conduct training on communication, product
knowledge, and ERP systems.
· Monitor team performance and implement
improvements.
· Build strong relationships with key customers and
distributors.
· Handle escalated customer issues professionally and
efficiently.
· Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
· Oversee order entry, verification, and
confirmation.
· Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch
teams for delivery schedules.
· Ensure timely dispatches and proactive
communication with customers.
