o Execute the orders on behalf of clients.
o Ensure the volume of trade is higher & clients trade frequently.
o Promoting research calls to increase volume & frequency of trade.
o Maintaining high Activation Ratio and High no. of traded clients.
o Punch orders for clients on NSE/ BSE terminals.
o Recommending and guiding the clients on investment strategies.
o Driving distribution business through wealth products like MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds,
Corporate FD’s, NCD’s and etc.
o Monitor client exposure limits.
o Solving queries of the clients regards market and investment.
o Drive focus on generating new business/client base
o Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework.
Skills:
o Good communication (verbal and written) skills o Ability to speak in local language and English
o Graduate from recognized university or college
o Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market
o Minimum of 1 year experience in Equity broking
o Holds latest certificate of NISM 8
o Understanding of local market and captive client base
o Should have basic computer knowledge of using email, Microsoft office and etc.
