Job Description :

  1. Aggressively sell allocated industrial and commercial property to achieve sales targets.
  2. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  3. Closing sales on properties and Manage existing clients.
  4. Attend weekly sales report meetings with the management.
  5. Keep records of sales productivity and Develop company-wide marketing strategies and oversee advertising placement and budget.
  6. Advise & contribute on all marketing materials on projects.
  7. Report on sales activities to top management.
