  6. Must have certain level of selling experience and various industry verticals
  7. Communication:- Should be good in communication both written and verbal -Extrovert and outspoken, Computer savvy
  8. Personality:- Should have sound & pleasant personality with good manners and etiquettes

Job Description:

  • To work as a Sales Engineer
  • To attend enquiries from B2B portals and other sources
  • To talk to the prospective buyer and understand the requirement
  • To offer suitable product and solution
  • To prepare the technical offer in consultation with the seniors and submit the quotations
  • To followup with the prospects against the submitted offer and to convince to generate the order and business for the organization
  • To set the sales target for oneself on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • If required - To visit customers for negotiation, Business generation and Business Development or Product presentation with seniors or managers
  • To drive the self for lead generations and convert the lead in enquiries and enquiries in to Business
  • To prepare the monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan and MIS report
  • To be the key account manager for all the converted prospects to clients to be in regular touch with them for feedback, payment and future business
  • To undergo the required product training, ERP training, ISO training and sales training
  • During training to participate with enthusiasm to upgrade the skills
  • To perform the duties with dedication, devotion and discipline by following the rules and regulations of the organization
