Job Description:

  • Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Lead all sourcing strategies
  • Manage our external partnerships withConsultants , colleges, job boards and HR software vendors
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities
  • Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication) Ability to negotiate and close faster recruitment based on TAT. 
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans, PMS, Payroll, Satuatory compliances and other HR formal process and procedues like Employee welfare and disputes. Assist and plan organisation plans with Founder and Co Founder.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle of the of the business unit ensuring he/she conducts strategic planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates for both specific requisitions, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships, and selling the company as an employer of choice - all to ensure the right talent is available when needed.
  • Execute sourcing strategies to create a diverse candidate pool for management consideration. Conduct in-depth resume/candidate review and screening.
  • Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins. Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process/reporting/metrics.
  • Develop a solid working relationship with the Business / Hiring Manager. Provide advice and counsel on job descriptions. Manage Hiring Manager expectations through a deep understanding of business. Work with hiring managers of business units to understand immediate and future requirements in business units to regulate direction of efforts.
  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Concentrating on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads & sources, portals, etc.
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent
  • Will work closely with the business teams to provide the core HR services to India, e.g. recruitment, compensation, talent management, learning and development.
  • Lead the HR function and be key member of the leadership team and work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch.
  • Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global HR initiatives and programmed within the set HR budgets
  • Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team.
  • Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place, Leading the Change   Management and OD initiatives.
