Key requirements:
- 15+ years' experience in hospitality / corporate travel / corporate sales (experience leading a branch or regional sales team strongly preferred)
- Strong corporate client acquisition & retention track record
- People leader — hiring, coaching, KPI-driven
- Good with vendor & hotel negotiations, SLA management
- Comfortable with MIS, budgeting, and stakeholder reporting
