Job Description:
- Handling initial inquiries & fixing up appointments
- Have to provide documentation support to sales team and client
- Obtaining all relevant information and passing on to appropriate sales team
- Generating Sales reports
- Preparing quotation for sales inquiry/ preparing delivery notes
- Send offer to parties/ follow-up
- Generating & maintaining various reports like sales, recovery, collection and analyzing the trends of the market & also of the competition, co-ordinate with dealers and distributors about the booking of order/delivery/payment
- Responsible for follow-up with the clients
- Collection of payment against invoices
- Coordinate with the Sales Team
- Candidate must be good with Ms. Office (Word, Excel and Power point, Outlook etc.)
