Job Description:
Functions / Duties to be performed:
• To handle external / statutory audit engagements of listed/non-listed entities i.e., from planning stage till closure.
• To handle areas allotted by senior.
• To monitor/supervise junior staff including continuous monitoring of time and cost during assignments.
• To maintain adequate documentation on timely basis.
• To conduct research for technical accounting issues and to give solutions to it.
• Work for maintaining a portfolio of clients, managing multiple deadlines & further developing an industry expertise.
• Identifies and communicates client issues, audit findings, audit progress,
• Timely communicate to the seniors/team leaders.

Skills/Specialized knowledge:
• Experience from listed NBFC Companies//Bank is important
• Clients previously handled with AUM size of at least Rs 1000 Crores.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and Standards on Auditing along with good technical & industry expertise.
• Experience in RBI and NHB regulations.
• ERP working knowledge (SAP) is essential. Should be able to navigate for auditing requirements.
• Analytical skills and conceptual clarity
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Work effectively in team environment
• Create good relationships with internal and external customers
