Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and managing relationships with potential clients (companies looking to raise capital through IPOs, preferential allotments, rights issues, etc.). The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and excellent networking skills to build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with SMEs, mid-corporates, and large enterprises for IPO advisory and related services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, CXOs, and financial decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements, evaluate fundraising potential, and position the company’s IPO advisory services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (research, financial analysis, compliance, legal) to deliver end-to-end IPO solutions.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, pitch presentations, and engagement letters.
* Track industry trends, market movements, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
* Represent the company at networking events, investor meets, and industry forums.
