We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to lead treasury operations, debt funding, financial reporting and statutory compliances.
- Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions for raising debt funds
- Manage debt funding activities and coordinate with financial institutions
- Handle financial data, due diligence and financial analysis
- Prepare and finalise the Balance Sheet and financial statements
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance with applicable laws
- Oversee financial reporting, treasury operations and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and other stakeholders
