Job description
Hiring for Credit (Retail) Risk role with our Risk team
Job Description as below
1. Preparation and Review of the loan portfolio with risk insights on controlling the delinquency and presentation to the stakeholders.
2. Reviewing the Early Warning Signals based on portfolio performance and develop models for ascertaining the propensity of default.
3. Scorecard development and maintenance including deployment accuracy, validation, monitoring, quick deployment in scoring engines.
4. Perform Stress Testing on the components of the loan portfolio and securitization portfolio and highlight potential risks to the stakeholders.
5. Monitoring the Guardrails and Risk Appetite Statement approved by the committees.
6. Developing and managing the Hindsighting activity of the Retail portfolio.
7. Reviewing existing and enhancements in credit policies and provide recommendation to mitigate credit risk
8. Engage in other related activities for mitigating credit risk of the portfolio

1. Strong knowledge of Retail lending domain
2. Strong Analytical aptitude and logical reasoning ability
3. Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools like Python, Tableau, R will be a plus
