Job Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of
experience in selling software products. The candidate will be responsible for
identifying high-potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and
converting them into revenue-generating opportunities. The ideal candidate should
have a strong understanding of the software product lifecycle, market positioning,
and a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and target prospective clients for our software product offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms.
- Understand client needs and present tailored software product solutions accordingly.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and follow-ups in collaboration with the presales team.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and evolving customer requirements.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure client success and feedback incorporation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B software product sales (SaaS experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong prospecting, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
