Job Summary: 

 We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in selling software products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and converting them into revenue-generating opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the software product lifecycle, market positioning, and a consultative sales approach. 

 Key Responsibilities: 
  •  Identify, research, and target prospective clients for our software product offerings. 
  •  Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, networking, and digital platforms. 
  •  Understand client needs and present tailored software product solutions accordingly. 
  •  Conduct product demos, presentations, and follow-ups in collaboration with the presales team. 
  •  Build and manage a robust pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. 
  •  Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. 
  •  Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and evolving customer requirements. 
  •  Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure client success and feedback incorporation.

Skills :

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 
  •  3 to 5 years of experience in B2B software product sales (SaaS experience is a plus). 
  •  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  •  Strong prospecting, consultative selling, and negotiation skills. 
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  •  Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). 
  •  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
