Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead our creative branding division. This person will set the direction for all branding projects, mentor junior designers, and drive design quality while working closely with the department head to execute strategic brand visions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead conceptualization and creative strategy for all logo/branding projects
Review and approve logo concepts, decks, and mockups
Mentor junior designers, set quality benchmarks, and guide visual storytelling
Collaborate with the leadership team to align business goals with design vision
Present final concepts and branding decks to clients with strategic rationale
Skills:
Skills & Tools:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), design systems
Deep understanding of premium branding, symbolism, and design trends
Prior experience in team leadership, art direction, or brand consulting
Confident in visual storytelling, deck preparation, and client presentations
