Work profile includes compliance with Company law, LLP compliances, FEMA, support Due Diligence Drafting of Various agreements


Additional skill sets required are:

1.Technically sound with the MCA website requirements, audio/ video conducting  of meetings /recordings and such practices as required to conduct the secretarial activities. 

2.Mastery over business language.

3. Good drafting skills.

4. Good communication and interpretation skills.
