Job Description:
·
Design and develop valves
(Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Butterfly, etc.) as per project/customer
requirements.
·
Prepare 2D/3D CAD drawings,
models, and BOM (Bill of Materials).
·
Perform design calculations,
stress analysis, and material selection based on application.
·
Ensure designs comply with
international standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, IBR, DIN, and ISO.
·
Work closely with the
production team to ensure manufacturability of designs.
·
Coordinate with sales/marketing
for technical support, proposal drawings, and tender documentation.
Qualification:
18Skills:
·
Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical
Engineering (preferred).
·
6-7 years of experience in valve design /
industrial product design.
·
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD,
SolidWorks).
· Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
