Job Description:
·
Lead the design & development team and
oversee all valve design projects.
·
Conceptualize, design, and develop new
industrial valves (gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly, etc.) based on customer
and market requirements.
·
Improve
existing valve designs for better performance, durability, and cost efficiency.
·
Ensure
designs meet international standards such as API, ASME, ISO, IBR, etc.
·
Review customer specifications and prepare
customized valve designs as required.
·
Validate designs using advanced design tools
(AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
·
Ensure timely resolution of design-related NCRs
(Non-Conformance Reports) and customer complaints.
