• Candidate, worked in Engineering, Construction or Accounts department or finance department with Real Estate Developer or Real Estate contractor with basic handson Tally/accounting package and worked on microsoft excel

Job Description:

•    Financial Analysis (Balance Sheet, P & L, Bank statement and Cash flow statements)
•    Basic Knowledge of Project Construction
•    Real estate project analysis and verification of Invoices
•    Reading and interpreting legal statues and documentation
•    Preparation of draft reports/presentation
•    Co-ordination with clients and other agencies involved in the assignment
 

Qualification:

Skills:

•    B-Civil, B-Com graduates or CA (with work exp of 3 to 4 years)
•    Worked with RE developers, Contractors, or lenders
•    Comfortable in using Tech tools for work
•    Eye for detail and focus on quality
Computer Skills
•    Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoints etc)
•    Proficient in Tally/ERP/Accounting packages
