- Strong background in managing end-to-end accounting operations while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations including Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and FEMA.
- Proven ability to handle statutory, tax, and internal audits while effectively coordinating with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Adept at treasury and fund management, including working capital planning, cash flow optimization, banking relationships, and fundraising activities.
- Experienced in monitoring forex exposure and implementing risk management strategies to safeguard business interests.
- Proficient in developing robust MIS systems, dashboards, and accurate financial reporting for management, board meetings, and investor presentations.
- Effective team leader with a focus on mentoring finance teams, strengthening internal controls, implementing SOPs, and ensuring strong corporate governance and ethical financial practices.
